Tweed Fair isle wrist warmer fingerless gloves - Purple
These versatile soft lambswool wrist warmer fingerless gloves have an array of fair isle patterns. Wear them over the palm of your hand using the thumb hole. This leaves all fingers exposed which leaves them free to use mobile phones. Alternatively wear them as wristlet cuff by pushing them further up to the wrist to give a new look to a plain sweater.

My "tweed" fair isle design (named after the River Tweed in the Scottish borders) is a traditional linear fair isle design. I wanted to produce a colourway which worked well in both countryside and city so I immediately thought of the heather covered hills. Bright purple and mauve combined with forest and olive green with an unexpected accent of teal looks great with a country wax jacket but will work equally well in an urban environment.
