UK DELIVERY  

We have set our delivery costs to take account of average postage, packaging and associated costs with delivering such a service.  These are as cost efficient as possible for our customers.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours of being placed.  This may be slightly longer for orders placed on a Friday, Weekend or Bank Holiday.

Standard Delivery

£4.95 – Normally delivered within 5 working days from dispatch on a tracked service.  Delivered Monday-Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays). Addresses in remote postcodes may take 2-3 days longer than elsewhere.

FREE Standard delivery on orders of over £75 (subject to Terms and Conditions). 

Next Day Delivery 

£8.95 - Royal Mail Special delivery. In most cases, arrives next day if order is placed by 2pm on Monday-Thursday. Delivered Monday-Friday (excluding bank or public holidays).  Please note that a Friday dispatch may arrive on Monday as Saturday is not a guaranteed service. This service will take 1-2 days longer for addresses in remote postcodes.

Please note that Next Day Delivery cannot be used when sending an item to an Admail address. NB. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man can be delayed by Customs.

In the unlikely event of Strike Action by Royal Mail, severe weather conditions or extraneous circumstances (such as the Covid-19 Pandemic) we cannot be held responsible for the timing of your delivery.  We will do our best to ensure any goods have a limited delay or are sent via other means where possible.

Please ensure that all delivery address details are entered correctly as we cannot be held responsible for delayed or missing deliveries due to incorrect information being provided at the time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Standard Delivery

We charge flat rate postal charges for our International customers regardless of the number of items or the value of the contents of your parcel.  All goods are sent on a tracked service where available and may require a signature.

Europe - £12.95

Since the UK's exit from the EU, all parcels to Europe now undergo customs inspection and will have local taxes and duty applied by customs authorities in the country of delivery. These are set by each individual country and are outwith our control. You may end up paying up to 40% of your original purchase price on these extra fees. These fees have to be paid locally prior to your parcel being delivered.

Rest of the World (ROW) (Except US - see below) - £17.95

Please see “Prices” under Terms and Conditions regarding Sales Tax and Customs or Import duty.  Please note that International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Parcels to UAE can only be sent to a PO Box address and require a mobile contact number. 

International Express Delivery (GoGreen Climate neutral shipping) 

Express Delivery is available to selected locations for parcels up to 2kg. This allows parcels to contain several sweaters or accessories. In the unlikely event your parcel weighs more than this, customers will be contacted and postage will be quoted on an individual basis.

We've also been finding recently that DHL have increased the locations that they class as "remote" and add large extra surcharges for this. For countries such as Australia, it appears to be most country areas. If we discover a significant surcharge, we will contact you to discuss options.

Express Delivery is a DHL service and takes 1-3 working days from dispatch dependent on location. Please note that there may be slight delays with customs clearance. Since the Covid-19 pandemic we have found lead times now tend to be longer. 

We pay an additional cost on your behalf for a GoGreen Climate neutral service. Carbon emissions produced during your delivery are offset in climate protection projects. 

Europe £35. Canada, Australia & New Zealand £40*. (*We shall contact you if the actual price varies significantly due to extra charges being applied to DHL). Prices will be available as an option once you enter your delivery address details at check out if available for your country. Other locations can be quoted for on an individual basis - please contact us if you would like us to look at this for you. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. 

Customers will still be liable to pay any duties and taxes charged by customs authorities.

US Delivery (GoGreen Climate neutral shipping)

Standard parcel prices with USPS from the UK have spiralled meaning it is no longer viable for us to offer this rate of postage to our US customers. Consequently we are now only offering Express delivery with DHL to the US at a flat rate of £28. Since the pandemic, transit times have increased so this can take 1-7 working days from dispatch to arrive, dependent on location.
