Clothes moth deterrent natural reed diffuser - May Chang

Use our May Chang reed diffuser to give your home a beautiful scent for around 3 months, while also deterring clothes moths. 

Made in the UK, the May Chang fragrance combines a natural essential oil blend of May Chang, Lavender, Cedarwood, Patchouli, Laurel, Rosemary, Thyme & Clove Bud with rose petals, giving a bright, citrus-like fragrance.

These natural botanicals have been used for generations to protect wool and cashmere knitwear from the female clothes moth, as the strong scent deters them from laying their eggs, which later develop into the damage-causing larvae.

Giving continuous fragrance, the reed diffuser is safe to use around the home and is safe to use in the bedroom or walk-in wardrobe where you store your jumpers and cardigans. 

Gently place the reeds in the opened diffuser bottle for them to draw up the scented oil. In smaller rooms and for more subtle scent, you may want to use fewer reeds, adding more until the desired level of fragrance is achieved. To re-fresh the scent, you can flip the reeds every couple of weeks. We would advise placing the diffuser on a protective plate and avoid the reeds coming into contact with anything to avoid potential staining. Avoid placing next to a radiator, to prolong the life of your diffuser.
